Rice or Cider Vinegar, .75 cup
Granulated Sugar, .25 cup
Canola Oil, 2.5 tbsp
Honey, 2 tbsp
Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp
Ramen Noodles, Oriental flavor, discard spice packet
Almonds, .25 cup, slivered
Sunflower Seeds, with salt added, .12 cup Cole Slaw, Fresh Express, 10 cup
Scallions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
Directions
Combine first 5 ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Spoon mixture into a bowl; cover and chill.
Spray a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray and toast almonds, sunflower kernels, and noodles; cook 3 minutes or until lightly golden, tossing occasionally. Spoon mixture into a large bowl; cover and chill. Add vinegar mixture to noodle mixture; let stand 15 minutes. Add cabbage, carrot, and onions, tossing to coat.
