Ingredients

5 pods (3" long) Okra
1 1tsp Olive Oil
0.125 tsp Kosher Salt (by 65PLUS1)
0.125 tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper (by BOWENFB50)
2 tsp Cheese (Grated) - Parmesan Cheese - Kraft 100%
Directions
Slice okra into bite-size pieces, discarding the stems
Drizzle with Olive oil
Sprinkle with salt and pepper
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese
Mix it all up to evenly coat the okra pieces
Toss in an air fryer (or oven I suppose) at 375 for 10-20 minutes (depending on how crispy you like it); stir occasionally
Serving Size: makes one 1.25 cup serving
