Introduction

Ingredients

    1 can diced tomatoes
    3 cups dry Trio Italiano Pasta
    1 fresh zucchini
    1 medium size onion
    6 cloves of Garlic
    1 tbs. Wheat Germ
    1 tbs. butter substitute
    1 tbs. Grated Parmesan

Directions

Start by cutting up the zucchini in half length wise then cut length wise again and then slice into half inch pieces. Diced onion and garlic. Combine onion, garlic, and zucchini in a sauce pan with a half a cup of water. Let simmer until onions are clear.

Next boil water for pasta and cook pasta till tender.

Once onions are clear and water is almost gone, open the can of diced tomatoes and pour in sauce pan, add wheat germ and continue till let sauce simmer until pasta is done.

Drain pasta, add 1 tablespoon butter sub. mix till butter sub. is melted. Then measure one cup of sauce and one cup of pasta for your meal. Once plated add one tablespoon of Grated Parmesan over plate.
And your done! For less carbs. use whole wheat pasta.
