  i tried this recipe and loved it. the only variations i made were to use fat free refried beans (fewer calories) and 4 Tbsp salsa instead of just 2. Oh, and I used powdered lime seasoning rather than the real thing since i didn't have any limes around.

  I doubled the recipe for an event and it really made a lot! Didn't add all the Tabasco, but next time I will. People tend to either love or hate Cilantro so I used Parsley. Very Good. Will make it again. - 2/27/10
