Ingredients

295 grams Vital wheat gluten
2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
2 tbsp Butter, salted
.5 ounce Yeast, bakers
2.7 serving Bob’s Red Mill Whole Ground Flaxseed Meal, 2 Tbsp.
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Honey
Directions
Mix 2/3 cups flaxseed meal
1/2 cup oat fibre - 0 net carbs
1,25 cups vital wheat gluten
Proof Yeast in a glass container with 1 cup warm water. Add 1tbsp honey. Cover and let it sit for 7 minutes. It should be bubbly and froth. If this doesn't happen repeat this step. It means the yeast is not activated. Repeat it.
Once you are ready with the yeast. Add the yeast to the dry mix , 2 lightly beaten eggs and 2 tbsp. melter room temp butter. Mix well until combined.
Then you have to knead this dough for 10 mins . It should be formed and not sticky. If you have a machine then use the dough hook for 7 mins.
Once ready shape and put in the pan with baking paper. Now sit in dry dark place for 2 hours approx. If you can then keep a bowl of boiling water it will help steam the area and rise your bread.
Once ready and doubled in size bake at 350 for 45 mins for dark crust of 35 mins for moderate crust.
