Ingredients

    2 large Mushroom caps
    1/4 cup tomato sauce
    1/4 cup shredded red fat moz. cheese
    1/4 cup red. fat ricotta cheese
    2 tblsp red. fat sour cream
    2 tblsp parm. cheese

Directions

combine all of the cheeses except parm. clean out ribs from mushroom caps. add the cheese mixture, add tomato sauce over the top, sprinkle with parm cheese. bake @ 400 degrees for 20 minutes
