Ingredients

3 serving Egg white, large
4.5 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup
1 tsp Baking Powder
0.5 tsp Salt
0.5 tsp Pepper, black
2 tbsp Butter, salted
Tips
Keep everything cold until goes in oven. Not overworking dough will give you very light, fluffy, moist biscuits.
Directions
Preheat oven to 400F. Use chillled almond flour, cold eggs and cold butter. Mix flour, baking powder and salt together. Add cold butter and work in til crumbly. In a food processor briefly pulse til crumbly.
In small glass bowl,whisk eggs with a fork or whisk until they are slightly frothy, about 30 seconds.
Blend eggs into flour with a knife until just combined. (Or briefly Pulse in processor until just mixed, then fold together with rubber spatula). Do not overwork.
Drop 6 neat spoonfuls of batter onto baking sheet lined w/parchment, spaced apart. If ingredients were not cold, refrigerate for 20 minutes before baking.
Bake immediately in preheated 400 F oven for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
