Introduction

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 3/4 lb. Ground beef 90% lean
    1 c. dried bread crumbs
    1/2 sprig parsley
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    Salt and pepper to taste if you must. I don't
    Combine meat, crumbs and all other form into balls. (I use this for other things too So I will make a larger mix and freeze the uncooked part then take out when needed. Make them into meatballs or meatloaf, whatever I need for the month.

    Vegetable dish
    2 cans of mixed vegetables drained or whatever vegetable your family likes
    1 can cream of mushroom
    1/2 of milk mix that together for the gravy

Directions

Broil Meat on cookie sheet first takes about 3 minutes turn over 2-3 minutes on that side. Then turn down the temp. to 375* Take out and put into a casserole dish add mixed vegetables next to cooked meatball. Pour soup over all of this and cover.
Bake at 375*
For 20-30 minutes
