Ingredients

    220 grams canned Pumpkin, (1/2 can)
    1.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    4 clove Garlic, minced
    60 grams Walnuts
    1 teaspoon omg organic reishi mushroom powder (by DAMARA322)
    7 gram(s) DULSE SEAWEED (MAINE COAST SEA VEG) 1/3 CUP (by UGHFAAAAAT)
    1 tsp Salt
    .5 tsp Pepper, black
    3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    .25 cup Chickpea flour (Besan) (by VIRGO2008)
    3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

1. mince onions and garlic and place in a bowl with the canned pumpkin, salt and pepper, dulse, mushroom powder and eggs. Stir until thoroughly combined.
2. chop walnuts and add, along with the chickpea flour, and stir until a soft batter forms.
3. heat 3/4 tablespoon of olive oil in a medium-hot skillet, and drop 1/2 cup of batter into the pan. Fry until golden-brown, then turn and repeat for second side. Repeat with remaining oil and batter.

Serving Size: 1/2 cup patty
