Ingredients

    Baked Nacho Cheese Dorito Chips - 15 of them
    1 pound ground turkey
    2 t. taco seasoning
    1/2 c. onion
    1/4 c. shredded cheese
    1/4 c. sliced black olives
    1 c. salsa
    sour cream, (reduced fat, about one Tablespoon on each serving)

Directions

Brown ground turkey and add 2 t. taco seasoning.

For each serving:

Crush 15 chips a little and place on a plate.

On top of the chips layer 1/4th of the ground turkey, 1/4th of the raw onion, 1/4th of the sliced olives, 1/4th of the salsa, 1/4th of the cheese and about one Tablespoon of the sour cream.

Makes 4 servings. Good on a hot evening with a cold lite beer.
