Ingredients

    1 cup quinoa
    1/4 cup rolled oats
    1/4 cup blueberries (or other fruit)
    1 T pumpkin seeds
    1 T almond slices
    1/2 cup soy milk
    1 tsp honey

Directions

Cook the quinoa in 2 cups water, bring to a boil then simmer, covered, for 15 mins.

Mix 1/4 of the cooked quinoa with the oats. Then add the remaining ingredients.
