Ingredients

    96.0 oz trader Joe''s butternut squash soup
    2.0 cup trader Joe''s soy chorizo
    5.0 cup trader Joe''s soycutash
    3.5 cup goya cannellini
    5.0 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw
    1.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw

Directions

Dice and saute onion in a little cooking spray. Crumble in soy chorizo and mix throughout. Add in soup, diced potato, soycutash and beans. Bring to boil and then simmer 30 to 40 minutes. Will be piping hot!
