Ingredients

    2 cup Black beans, dry
    2 cup Rice, white, long-grain, regular, raw, enriched
    12 cup Bone Broth Chicken
    1.5 tbsp Salt
    .5 tbsp Pepper, black
    1 tsp Hot Pepper Sauce
    1.5 tsp Oregano, ground

Tips

Delicious when served with blackened salmon or baked chicken and a green salad.


Directions

Soak or boil beans until soft, then drain.
Combine all ingredients in a large stockpot and cook until rice is soft.
Can be frozen for later use.
