Introduction

Crispy frozen roasted broccoli. Crispy frozen roasted broccoli.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    0.25 tsp Pepper, black
0.06 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne
    1.0 fruit without seeds Lemons
0.5 package (2 lb) Broccoli, frozen
    1.0 clove Garlic
1.5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1.0 tsp sazón completa (Complete seasoning)

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 450. Place a parchment paper lined baking sheet in the lower 1/3 part of oven while it preheats. 2. Place all ingredients except for lemon in a mixing bowl and mix thoroughly. 3. Once oven is preheated, carefully remove sheet from oven. Add broccoli (it should sizzle when it hits the pan) and spread into an even layer. Where possible, turn the flat sides of the broccoli florets so that they are touching the pan. 4. Return the pan to the lower third rack, and bake until the broccoli is tender and beginning to brown at the tips and edges, about 16 to 18 minutes. If you'd like the broccoli even more crisp, switch the oven to broil and move the pan to the upper rack. Bake for 1 to 2 minutes, until the broccoli becomes even more caramelized. 5. Remove from the oven and squeeze the lemon over the top. Serve hot. Notes TO STORE: Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. TO REHEAT: Reheat in a 400 degree F over for 4 to 6 minutes, until heated through. You can also rewarm this broccoli in the microwave until hot. Serving Size: 1/3 cup appox (3 florets pending on size of cut)
