Ingredients

1 (4-serving size) pkg. suger-free strawberry flavored gelatin
1/4 cup boiling water
1/4 cup ice-cold water
1 cup strawberries (halved)
2 large ripe kiwifruit (peeled & cut into 1/4-inch chunks, divided)
Directions
1. Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup boiling water.
2. Stir in 1/4cup ice-cold water.
3. Pour cooled gelatin mixture into blender.
4. Add strawberries and three-quarters of the diced kiwi.
5. Blend until smooth.
6, Using spoon, gently stir in remaining kiwi.
7. Pour 1/4 cup of the mixture into ice-pop molds (and insert sticks) or pour into small cups. Freeze until solid.
