Introduction

Great dessert or something to tame your sweet tooth without all the guilt. You can substitute bananas or other fruit. Experiment by using other varieties of gelatin. ENJOY! Great dessert or something to tame your sweet tooth without all the guilt. You can substitute bananas or other fruit. Experiment by using other varieties of gelatin. ENJOY!

Ingredients

    1 (4-serving size) pkg. suger-free strawberry flavored gelatin
    1/4 cup boiling water
    1/4 cup ice-cold water
    1 cup strawberries (halved)
    2 large ripe kiwifruit (peeled & cut into 1/4-inch chunks, divided)

Directions

1. Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup boiling water.
2. Stir in 1/4cup ice-cold water.
3. Pour cooled gelatin mixture into blender.
4. Add strawberries and three-quarters of the diced kiwi.
5. Blend until smooth.
6, Using spoon, gently stir in remaining kiwi.
7. Pour 1/4 cup of the mixture into ice-pop molds (and insert sticks) or pour into small cups. Freeze until solid.
