Introduction

Easy salad which can be refrigerated up to 2 days. Easy salad which can be refrigerated up to 2 days.
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    2 cup Tomatoes - sm cherry tomatoes, halved
    1 cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber (with peel) , thinly sliced
    2 serving Trader Joe's Greek Kalamata Olives - 5 olives
    1 tbsp chopped Onions, raw
    5 sprigs Dill weed, fresh , minced
    2 tsp Cavendar Greek Seasoning (by CHEMRULZ)
    2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 oz Feta Cheese, crumbled

Tips

Either serve once mixed or refrigerate up to 2 days. I use it to top romaine and arugula with added chickpeas and a squirt of fresh lemon juice.


Directions

1. Prep vegetables and dill.
2. Mix everything but feta. Place in a resealable container if refrigerating.
3. Top with feta when served.
