Ingredients

    -5 Small Potatoes (or Equivalent of Larger Sized Potatoes)
    -Half Large Red Pepper
    -Large Yellow Pepper (or Substitute for Green)
    -Half Large Onion
    -Tbsp. Paprika
    -Tsp. McCormick Montreal Steak Seasoning
    -1.5 Tbsp. Olive Oil

Directions

Chop all vegetables and toss with seasoning and olive oil. Bake at 450 degrees for about 20 minutes (or until potatoes are lightly crisped).
