Introduction

Ingredients

    2.0 tbsp Butter, unsalted
    0.75 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    36.0 tsp Splenda
    0.75 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)
    2.0 cup Mixed Berries or ???

Directions

Melt butter in 8×8 pan in 350° oven. Mix flour, splenda, baking powder and milk. Pour over butter in pan. Top with fresh or frozen fruit. Bake 55-60 minutes till lightly brown. Nutrition does not include the baking powder...if you use regular, the sodium will be sky high.
