Introduction

High protein and fiber!! High protein and fiber!!
Number of Servings: 15

Ingredients

    4 T- Naturally More Peanut Butter

    1.5 Scoops - Soy Protein

    2.5 Scoops- Whey Protein (I used what was left of 2 different flavors- chocolate and natural flavor)

    1 serving of EAS Myoplex shake (11 ounces) (You can use a cup of skim milk instead the shake adds more protein)

    1 Cup- Soy Nuts

    .5 Cup- Oats

    2 Cups- Go Lean Kashi Cereal

    1 Cup- Wheat Germ

    1 Cup- Flax Seed (ground)

    1 Tbl- Dark Chocolate Cocoa (unsweetened)

Directions

Stick PB in the microwave till melted.
Mix in the protein powders and the EAS shake slowly.
Mix in oats, wheat germ, flax seed, nuts, and everything else.
Mix it all up well.
Grease a Brownie-sized pan with some Pam.
Smooth the concoction onto the pan.
Cover and stick it in the fridge overnight
Cut into bars.
Makes 15 servings!

    I'd love to find a recipe for a snack bar like this without soy because I'm hypothyroid, and soy works against thyroid function. It sounds good.
