Ingredients
-
76 g sausage beyond beyond meat sweet Italian 1 link (by MTGBRONX13)
1 serving Explore Asian Organic Black Bean Spaghetti (by CARLY783)
2 tbsp Private Selection Basil Pesto (by TGALDA)
.5 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A
Tips
Note that if pasta is left out before serving, sauce will thicken slightly. Add more cream or milk to thin.
Directions
1. Cook your 1/2 pound pasta 1 minute less than the box recommends. It’s always nice for your pasta to have a little bite to it.
2. Transfer the cooked pasta and 2 browned sausage links to a pot. Add about 1/3cup prepared pesto to the pot. For a stronger pesto flavor feel free to add more.
3. Add milk, stir until hot and top with grated Parmesan and fresh basil. Just like that dinner is done in under 30 minutes. Love this one.
