Introduction

Number of Servings: 25

Ingredients

    1 cup Rolled Oats
    1 cup Dessicated Coconut
    0.3 cup Sunflower Oil (75ml)
    1/4 cup pitted dates
    Hot water
    50g Dark Compound Chocolate Drops (optional)
    50 grams Sunflower Seeds, without salt (optional)
    0.5 cup Oat Bran
    0.5 cup Flour, white

Directions

Soak dates in just enough boiling water to cover them. After 10-15 mins use a puree stick to blend dates and water to a paste.
Mix everything. Add more cold water if needed to make a smooth dough. Spread out on a greased oven tray, cut into squares with spatula, and bake for about 20 minutes at 200*C

Serving Size: makes about 25 cookies
