    0.5 cup Fresh Made Organic Kefir - Plain
    0.3 cup Mixed Berries (Strawberries, Blackberries and Blueberries) - Organic Frozen
    0.5 cup Fresh Express 50/50 Mix (Spring mix and Baby Spinich
    1 tbsp Organic Raw Honey
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground

Directions

Blend in a magic billet or blender till smooth. Serving Size: 1 smoothie
