Have these ingredients at room temperature:
In a large bowl mix together
14 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese (1 and 3/4 packages)
Chop the cream cheese into cubes.and add 1/3 cup each of the sugars. Cream together.
.3 cup, packed Brown Sugar
15 tsp Splenda
Add the following. Be sure to mash the lumps out of the cottage cheese.
0.5 cup Daisy Cottage Cheese
1 cup member's mark plain nonfat Greek yogurt
1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
3 large Egg Yolk
Mix into the sugar and cream cheese mixture.
Then add 50 grams or 10 tbsp Cocoa powder - Hershey's Special Dark and mix well.
Fold in the 210 grams Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened) (1 and 1/2 cups)
Carefully spoon this mix into an 8 serving Nabisco Oreo Pie Crust and smooth the top.
Place into a preheated 360F oven for 55 minutes. Then turn oven off for an hour, leaving oven door cracked. Let stand on stove top for several hours, then refrigerate overnight.
