This is a great make ahead post-workout snack or breakfast. This is a great make ahead post-workout snack or breakfast.

Ingredients

    1 cup Green Valley Creamery Lowfat Plain Kefir (or yogurt)
    1 small banana
    1 cup frozen, unsweetened strawberries

Tips

To make ahead, put the frozen berries, banana and kefir in the blender and store in the fridge. In the morning, blend together and enjoy!


Directions

Slice bananas and put in a blender with frozen strawberries and lowfat plain kefir. Blend until all the same consistency.

Serving Size: makes 1 2 cup serving
