Introduction

Kimchi's sour flavor goes away when it's broiled or barbecued. Serve this alongside bulgogi or other Korean barbecued meats. The kimchi gets really sweet and smoky. I can eat the entire pan by myself! Kimchi's sour flavor goes away when it's broiled or barbecued. Serve this alongside bulgogi or other Korean barbecued meats.
