Introduction

This is a great dish to make if you're serving brunch. Make it the night before - VERY easy. This is a great dish to make if you're serving brunch. Make it the night before - VERY easy.

Ingredients

    14 slice Bread, white (white bread)
    4 cup Cheese - Kraft Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    16 oz Ground Pork Sausage, Lean cooked, drained
    8 serving Egg whole - medium per egg
    3 serving Milk Reduced Fat Milk 2% Great Value ( 1 cup serving)
    .5 tsp Salt
    1 stick Butter, salted

Directions

1. Melt butter in 9/13" pan and spread evenly on bottom and sides.
2. Layer cubed bread, cooked pork sausage, and cheese two times.
3. Mix together eggs, salt, and milk.
4. Pour egg mixture over all.
5. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.

Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
NOTE: You may add 1/4 cup minced onion and/or green pepper. (NOT included in the ingredients list.)

    I used wheat bread and a variety of cheeses, to use up leftovers from a cheese tray. It was okay. - 4/5/21
