This is one of my favorites! I buy frozen strawberries and freeze my banana which makes the smoothy thick like a shake. This is one of my favorites! I buy frozen strawberries and freeze my banana which makes the smoothy thick like a shake.

Ingredients

    0.5 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)
    1.5 oz Premier Protien Powder Vailla
    3.0 berry Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened
    0.5 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    0.25 cup Dole Pineapple Tidbits 100% Pineapple juice
    0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap

Directions

I layer this way to avoid protien powder coating the inside of my blender: liquid, protien powder, fruit. Depending what stage pre or post op is how much to blend your smoothy. * warning* it does get a bit frothy. I make about 30 minutes before I drink and try to stir out all the foamy bubbles so my stomach pouch doesn't fill with air and make me gassy.
