    1 cup low-fat buttermilk
    1 1/2 cups Greek Yogurt (this uses full-fat Fage)
    1/2 cup regular mayonnaise
    2 tablespoons chopped fresh tarragon leaves
    1 tablespoon tarragon vinegar (or white wine vinegar)
    1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
    1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper (or to taste)
    4 ounces crumbled blue or Roquefort cheese (from wedge)

Whisk together all ingredients and allow at least 2 hours for the flavors to blend.
