    16 oz Beef, 90% Lean Ground Beef from Sirloin
    2.5 cup kernels Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen
    0.15 cup Tomato Paste
    2 cup Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce)
    1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    6 clove Garlic
    8 oz Cheddar Cheese


Brown ground beef. Drain fat Add onion, garlic, and tomato paste until onions are translucent. Add tomato sauce and frozen corn. Cook until corn is heated through. Turn off heat and add 8oz bag of shredded cheese. Top or use how you wish.
