1.5 cup Cauliflower, raw
1 serving Fresh Green Beans (1 cup)
1 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers)
1 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh
1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" Yellow Peppers (bell peppers)
1 cup Zuccini Squash
150 gram Carot (by MYRELIACHR)
3 serving Vegetables, Tomatos - plum fresh
3 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
6 tbsp Butter, salted
.75 cup Olive Oil
4 tsp Ginger Root
4 tsp Garlic
5 gram(s) Green chilly / Mirchi (by SMARTKAT)
2 tsp Coriander seed
2 tsp Cumin seed
1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
1 tsp Cardamom, ground
1 tsp Cloves, ground

Tips
Prepare everything before you start cooking.
Directions
Make everything ready for cooking - Cut Paneers into cubes, Cauliflower into small bite size florats, carrot into 1/2 inch pieces, all the peppers green, red, and yellow into small 1/2 inch pieces, also green beans, Zucchini and 1-onion same size.
cut 2 onions into small pieces, Remove skin from3 tomatoes by roasting it on open flame with fork and remove skin and dice them into small pieces.
Heat large pan on stove and add 2 table spoons on butter and 2 table spoons olive oil when hot add 1 tsp. cumin seeds add onion
saute till golden brown, add 2 green chillies deseed them first.
than add garlic and ginger. Stir it for 2 mins. than add 12-cashews than add tomatoes - cook tomatoes till they are mussy. Let it cool down than in a blender make gravy.
In the same large pan add 2 tbsp. butter and 4 tbsp. olive oil when oil is hot shallow fry all the vegetable separately, also fry paneer.
In a small pan add 1 tbsp. oil, add coriander seeds, cinnamon stick, 3 green elaichi, black peppers, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, cloves, bay leaves. Roast them till brown and when it cools down grind this into powder.
In Greek yogurt add turmeric powder, chilli powder, little bit of sugar stir it well.
In big pan add 2 tbsp. butter and 2 tbsp. olive oil, add onion-tomato gravy, saute it till leaves oil. Than add yogurt mix and stir it well covered. add dry grounded powder as needed.
Than add all the vegetables one by one and last add paneer - if too dry add 1 glass of water and cook it covered for 3 to 5 mins. Make sure all the vegetables are tender and cooked well.
sprinkle coriander leaves to garnish.
Serve hot with Naan or Paratha or Roti.....
