    4 tbsp Extra Light Tasting Olive Oil
    1 tbsp Saco Cultured Buttermilk Blend powder
    2 Egg, Large
    4 oz Applesauce, unsweetened, 1 individual cup
    3/4 teaspoon Almond Extract
    12 serving Blondie Mix, Birthday Cake, Safe + Fair, 1 whole bag

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Put in a greased, papered 8x8" glass pan. Bake at in a preheated oven at 350F for 30-35 min. Cool in pan before cutting.
