Ingredients

4.0 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, unsalted
1.0 dash Pepper, black
4.0 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth or Bouillon
2.0 clove Garlic
1.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
16.0 oz Shrimp, cooked
1.5 cup Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes
74.0 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw
12.0 oz Johnsonville Polish Kielbasa
0.25 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
0.4 gram bay leaf
0.25 tsp Cajun seasoning
Directions
1. In large skillet Brown sliced kielbasa.
2. Add diced onions and peppers.
3. Meanwhile in a thick bottom stock pot, melt butter and add flour. Stir constantly x10 minutes until dark caramel colored.
4. Add kielbasa onion and pepper with drippings to the flour. Stir to coat.
5. Add remaining ingredients minus shrimp. Allow to come to boil.
6. Reduce heat to simmer x45 minutes. Stir occasionally.
7. Add cleaned and de-tailed shrimp x10 min or until shrimp is cooked and pink in color.
