Ingredients

    2.0 tbsp Butter, unsalted
    197.0 Grams Chorizo, pork and beef
    90.0 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw
    97.0 Grams Onions, raw
    97.0 gram(s) Cheddar Cheese, Old - Kraft Cracker Barrel
    326.0 Grams Cabbage, fresh
    0.5 cup 365 Organic Diced Tomatoes
    30.0 Grams Spinach, fresh
    1.0 tsp Garlic

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 F. In cast iron skillet, melt butter. Once hot, Fry sausage for 2-3 minutes. Add vegetables, except tomatoes. Cook until soft, about 10 minutes. Add tomatoes and top with cheese. Transfer to oven and bake for 10 minutes. Serve atop cauliflower rice or keto friendly noodles
