Ingredients

    5 slices Bacon
    3 medium heads Broccoli, fresh
    4.0 oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated
    8 oz Stop and Shop low fat Ranch salad dressing
    1 can (15.5 oz) Stop and Shop dark red kidney beans, drained

Directions

Finely chop bacon and cook in a skillet until crispy, stirring often to keep separated. Drain and cool on a paper towel. Chop the broccoli and toss with grated cheese, beans, half the bacon and ranch dressing. Refrigerate until chilled, then sprinkle the remaining bacon on top and serve.

Serving Size: Makes 8 servings, approximately 2 cups each.
