Ingredients

    4.0 serving Johnsonville sweet Italian sausage
    1.0 slice, medium (1/8" thick) Onions, raw
    1.0 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper
    4.0 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk

Directions

Butterfly sausage done the length. Saute till cooked. Saute veggies til cooked to you liking. Top each sausage with veggies and mozz cheese til cheese is melted.
