Ingredients

2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
1.5 cups quick cooking oats, 3 serving Oats - Bob's Red Mill - Gluten Free Quick Cooking Oats (1/2 Cup)
1/3 cup chocolate chips semi sweet ENJOY LIFE soy,nut,egg free (by CHASINADREAM)
Tips
If you are looking for a gluten free snack. This is awesome. If you don't have to worry about gluten then any quick oats and chocolate chips will do. If you are looking for gluten free make sure you check the ingredients before making.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a large bowl thoroughly mash the two medium bananas.
Then, add 1 1/2 cups of quick cooking oats and mix well.
Next add 1/3 cup of chocolate chips and mix well to form a dough.
Get out a baking sheet and line it with a silpat, or spray with cooking spray.
Use a large spoon and spoon out approximately 12 equal portions onto the baking sheet. Roll and flatten as they will not flatten while they cook.
Cook for 15 minutes in the oven.
Remove from oven and let the cookies sit for 5 minutes before removing them from the baking sheet.
Let cookies fully cool before storing.
