Ingredients

    5 plums
    cinnamon stick
    1/2 cup apple juice concentrate
    1.5 c nonfat yogurt.

Directions

Bring apple juice conc. to a boil. Add pitted, chopped plums and cinn stick. Simmer until fruit is soft, remove cinnamon stick, then blend in food processor with 3 ice cubes. Then whisk in yogurt and chill.
