Introduction

This is my favorite Italian Salad Dressing. Low in carbs, High in un-saturated fat and very yummy. This is great for salads, marinade, pasta salad and more! Ingredients

    1 Cup Olive Oil, 1/3 Cup White Vinegar, 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice, 2 teaspoons Sugar, 2 Garlic Cloves minced, 1/2 teaspoon Oregano, 1/4 teaspoon Basil, 1/4 teaspoon sea salt.

Directions

Mince garlic. Combine all ingredients in a jar with a sealed lid. Shake Vigorously. Serving Size is 2 Tablespoons. Needs Refrigeration.

Note: Ingredients will separate naturally. The oil may thicken in the refrigerator, if you let the jar sit at room temperature for five minutes, this should liquefy the oil enough to enable you to mix the ingredients.
