Ingredients

    hard boiled egg chopped; raw celery chopped; Miracle Whip light salad dressing mix

Directions

boil 2 eggs (10 to 15 minutes)
chop several stalks of celery into small dices
2 tablespoons Miracle Whip

After eggs are boiled let them cool down. Remove their shells. Chop them up fine. Add black pepper. Mix in chopped celery. Mix in Miracle Whip salad dressing. Put into refrigerator until ready to serve. Makes 2 sandwiches.
