Introduction
(Drop noodles)My grandma made these for her family all through the depression. Cheap and super easy to make...and they sure are filling (HIGH IN PROTEIN)!
You can have them with ANYTHING! Stewed tomatoes, marinara sauce, my fave... gravy meat sauce (which is listed below n counted in the nutrition facts). They are also great for the mornin pan fried w/ a lil bit of Smart Balance or whatever butter/substitute you like. (Drop noodles)

Ingredients

Kinepolis:
2 1/3 Cup White Flour
7 large eggs
Meat Sauce:
1 LB Lean ground beef
1 can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 tsp. of worsheiture sauce
1 1/2 tsp. of browing sauce (kitchen bouquet)
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp Mrs. Dash (or all purpose seasoning), salt free
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Directions
Kinepolis:
1. Begin to boil a large pot of water.
2. Put flour and eggs into a large mixing bowl and mix well with a fork. (The consistency of the dough should be stiff and sticky, kinda tuff) If not, add a bit more flour.
3. Drop the dough with a teaspoon into the boiling water. (dip the spoon in the water before each time so the dough does not stick to the spoon).
4. Cook until all of the (noodles) have rised to the top. Usually about 5-7 minutes.
Meat Sauce:
1. Brown hamburger, and drain excess fat.
2. Add cream of mushroom soup and stir well.
3. Add all of the ingredients.
4. Heat til warm and serve over kinepolis.
