    1 Can Black Beans, rinsed
    1 Can Chick Peas, rinsed
    Tomates, diced
    Basil, finely cut
    6 oz part skim mozzerrela cheese, cut in small cubes
    1 TBS olive oil
    2 TBS balsamic vinegar
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Mix well and chill.
