Introduction

Want boneless buffalo wings but not at the cost of your health? These are lower in fat and calories than most others. Great for lunch or dinner. Ingredients

    * Tabasco (or other Hot) Sauce, 1 tsp
    * Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    * Balsamic Vinegar, 2 tbsp
    * Chicken Breast Boneless Skinless, 32 oz (about 4 breasts)
    * Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, 1 cup

Directions

1. In a medium bowl mix hot sauce, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar.
2. Rinse Chicken and cut into 2 to 3 inch pieces (chicken nugget size)
3. Place Chicken into the bowl of marinade and place into refrigerator for 5 minutes.
4. While your nuggets are marinading get out your baking sheet and spray LIGHTLY with non-stick spray.
5. Pre-heat oven to 350° F
6. Place bread crumbs in small bowl.
7. Remove a chicken nugget from marinade and dredge through bread crumbs, place on cookie sheet. Continue with each nugget until all are coated in bread crumbs.
8. Place chicken nuggets in pre-heated oven, let cook for 20 to 25 minutes or until juices run clear when poked with a toothpick.

Makes approximately 8 (4 oz) servings.
