Introduction

I modified this version slightly from an original recipe printed in Taste of Home Healthy Cooking. Delicious and sugary, it's almost like desert bread! Quick and easy, this bread is sure to impress! Very Good
We made a combo sauce last fall with our abundance of pears and apples. I made this with our homemade "pearpple sauce". The muffins were very good and real moist. Thanks for sharing your recipe. - 2/15/10
