I just made this bread last night for a meeting (I got the magazine yesterday). It was delicious! I modified it slightly, though. I used the sugar/splenda mix for both the sugar and brown sugar (you only have to use 1/2 the amt in the recipe) - you would never know the difference & its lower cal
