favorite fruit with yogurt favorite fruit with yogurt

    1 cup strawberries
    1/2 banana
    1 cup fat free plain yogurt
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1% milk, just a splash
    6 ice cubes
    2-3 packs Splenda


place all ingredients into blender and blend on high until thick and smooth.
Pour into tall glass, garnish with dollop light whipped cream.
You can substitute mixed berries or peaches
Makes 1 large serving or 2 small servings
