Introduction

This is an old recipe of mine that I changed to a lower fat version. My husband loves it and likes me to add a small can of jalapeno peppers to spice it up.

This is also a very good size serving - you will be full and satisfied.

This was very good. Rather than boiling the chicken I made the sauce, poured it over chicken then baked it. The chicken was very moist and had a great flavor. - 3/9/09

This recipe was a good way to use left over chicken. Boiling the chicken made it lose all it's flavor. I would use the fat free soup to lower the calorie, too. - 6/10/09

  • This was really good! Reminds me the spinach/artichoke dip at O'Charley's. I made this for my weight loss group at work and they liked it a lot. I am enjoying trying these recipes and knowing I can look forward to having something besides a baked chicken breast and veggies! - 8/18/11

  • This was very easy to make and had lots of texture. Creamy, crunchy, all in one. You can really add whatever veggies you want and it would be great. I added bell peppers simply because I had some extras sitting around. Will make again. - 2/15/10
