Introduction

This is tasty! Not super sweet, but sweet enough to make me happy. The crumble on top is very loose and dry, but it tastes great. Ingredients

    1 cup Blueberries
    2 Tablespoons whole wheat flour
    2 Tablespoons oats
    1 teaspoon olive oil
    1 tablespoon brown sugar
    1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
    dash of salt

Directions

Turn oven to 375 degrees. Put blueberries in an ovenproof bowl that can hold a little more than a cup. toss the remaining ingredients together and sprinkle on top.

Bake 25 minutes or until you can eat hear the blueberries bubbling. Let cool 10 minutes.

    this was very good! My husband had jsut been missing dessert as we kick off our second spark week. I actually made 2 servings from this as one is quite large! I served with a small scoop of frozen yogurt! - 1/14/09
