Ingredients

    Pork - chopped into bite size peices
    Tomato- 2 cups chopped
    Jalapeno - 2 peppers diced
    Onion- I cup dices
    Garlic- i tbsp minced
    Cilanto - dried or fresh (fresh is better)
    Salt - to taste

Directions

Saute pork in a small amout of cooking oil over a medium heat, until well cooked. Place all other ingredients in pan with pork. Pour about 1/2 to 1 cup of water in pan. Simmer for 30 to 60 minutes. Serve with Mexican rice or beans.
