    2 C rolled oats
    1/4 C wheat germ
    1/4 C milled flax seeds
    1/4 C whole almonds
    1/4 C pumpkin seeds (raw)
    1/4 C sunflower seeds (unsalted)
    1/3 C coconut (unprocessed, unsweetened)
    1 t cinnamon
    1/2 t salt
    1/3 C maple syrup
    1/4 C water
    2 T honey
    1 t vanilla

    1/3 C craisins
    1/3 C banana chips
    1/4 C goji berries (optional) * Not factored into nutruitional information


Pre Heat your oven to 300 F

Mix all dry ingredients except for dried fruits in large bowl

Mix all liquid ingredients and add to dry, tossing to coat.

Spread evenly on large sheet or jelly roll pan or a 13 X 9 baking dish (something with an edge) and bake for aproximately 45 minutes, or until toasted, stirring occasionally.

Cool slightly and add dried fruits.

Once entirely cool, store in air tight contianer.

makes 9 1/2-cup servings.
