Introduction

I eat this salad all summer long! It's an awesome side dish and very very low in calories! I eat this salad all summer long! It's an awesome side dish and very very low in calories!

Ingredients

    2 large cucumbers
    2 plum tomatoes
    1/2 large red onion
    1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
    1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    1 packet splenda
    1 tsp dill weed
    sea salt
    pepper

Directions

Peel cucumbers and cut lengthwise. Scoop out seeds and cut in slices. Dice tomato and onion. Put all ingredients in a bowl and stir. Easy. Enjoy!
